*The shirt in this set is oversized. If you prefer a more fitted look, we recommend sizing down. The pants run pretty true to size, but the length has been extended making them seem larger. If you have purchased from previous seasons, double check the measurements because they have slightly changed. Most comments about the new fit is that it runs large.

I think the photos on the website are a great representation of what I received (more rich than the closeups I took). The deep green is a nice rich color and the buttons are smooth with a textured wood look. I did notice though that there were some pulled threads/bumps on the pants after only wearing for a couple of hours (I was sitting, no active movements or things to get caught on). The blouse I haven't worn yet and does not seem to have as many "bumps"; to be fair I'm not sure if this is part of the textiles design? Per other reviews I sized down in the top which I think was a good suggestion. The pants are right at the ankle bone, so if you like cropped and are tall these are a good length, but I don't think they can be tailored because of the way the hem is done (but possible?). Overall I'm pretty happy with the set and especially because of the sustainable and ethical manner in which they are made.

I really like this set, but I'm struggling with the pants sizing. I'm always an XS/0 in everything. The top is fine. The waistband on the XS pants are super, uncomfortably tight on me. The description says "Waist before any stretch 25, Waist stretches to 35". In reality, it stretches very little. I exchanged for a S, and the pants are so big! The waistband could probably be a little tighter, but I can make that part work. It's the hips - I could easily trim 2 inches out. I guess they are made for curvy shapes?
