Returns

All regular priced items can be returned for a store credit for the purchase price of the item. You will get free return shipping and will not incur a restocking fee.

If you would like to return to the original payment method a 10% restocking free will be deducted plus all return shipping costs.

Returns must be made 30 days after item is received. We cannot offer returns for international orders. 

Anything purchased at 30% off or more can be returned for a store credit only. You are responsible to purchase a return shipping label and ship the item back at your own expense. 

Anything purchased 50% off or more are final sale items.

We do not offer exchanges at this time. You can opt for a store credit and purchase the correct size or color once we process your return. 

To initiate a return:

  • Send an email to returns@lizalig.com with your name and order number if you have it. 
  • We will get back to you within 5 business days with a return shipping label. (We batch our returns so it may take a few days to receive a response.) Please check your spam folder if you have not received a response in 5 business days.
  • Package your return and take it to your local post office. Please make sure to drop it off at least 5 days from when the label was sent, so it does not expire. 
  • Please allow up to 14 business days to process your return once we receive it back. 

We are not responsible for lost items during the return process.

We do not process returns that are damaged, worn or washed. 

We do not give any refunds and refute disputes for any garments that were lost in the mail or were not returned to us.

We do not accept returns after 30 days of when the item was received.
