Returns

All regular priced items can be exchanged for a similar item 1 time for free or returned in full (minus the original shipping costs) to a store credit. Returns to original payment method will be deducted a flat $15 fee for shipping and restocking (the original shipping cost will not be refunded either). This fee is waived if you opt for a store credit. 

Anything purchased 30% off or more (including coupon codes) can be mailed back at your own expense for a store credit.

 

 

To initiate a return or exchange:

  • Send an email to returns@lizalig.com with your name, order number, and details of your exchange or return. (See below if you are about to send an email regarding an item you purchased on sale.) 
  • We will get back to you within 3 business days with a return shipping label. (We batch our returns so it may take a few days to receive a response.) Please check your spam folder if you have not received a response in 3 business days.
  • Package your return and take it to your local post office. Please make sure to drop it off at least 5 days from when the label was sent, so it does not expire. If you do not send your return back within 15 days of it being sent we will not process your refund! We do not accept returns after 30 days and shipping can take a while, for this reason it is very important that you mail your return back right away. 
  • Please allow up to 30 days for us to receive your return and process a refund. 
  • If you exchanged an item, once we receive the first item back, we will send out your exchange. 

 

The fine print...

 

  • If you want a second exchange you are responsible for all the shipping charges for these exchanges. 
  • We do not accept returns after 30 days of purchase.
  • If you originally used a coupon code or got free shipping and return all or part of your order those discounts will be re-adjusted in your final order. (If you got free shipping because your order was over $250 and you return something that shipping will be deducted from your return as well.)
  • We do not accept returns for worn or damaged goods. (Items sent back that have been worn will not be accepted for a return - and yes, we can tell is something has been worn and washed :)). If you send something back that has been worn and has stains etc. you will not receive a refund.
  • We do not accept returns on international orders. 
  • If you do not send back your return within 15 days of the return shipping label being sent to you, we will not process your refund. It is important to ensure this shipment does not get lost in the mail or the label expires that you mail it within the first 5 days. If we receive an item back that was not authorized or was sent after the 15 day window we will not give you a refund! 
  • Friends, if you purchased something at more than 30% off (this includes coupon codes) please do not send us an email asking for an exception for a full refund
