Order Updates

All alpaca sweaters have been delayed and are expected to arrive in October. These sweaters have arrived in the states, they are expected to arrive at our studio on the 20th and will ship to you the couple of days after.

Any discounted made to order items purchased from June 1-July 30 are expected to ship in October. This includes sweaters and sets and was stated in the description at time of purchase. The sweaters should have already shipped. The sets should arrive the end of the month.

Any made to order sweater or sets purchased from August 1-September 30 are expected to ship in November. 

Any jacket order before June 1 have unfortunately been delayed and are now expected to ship around the end of October. These jackets are finished and are awaiting shipment from Portugal. This will take about 2 weeks from port to port.

Any jacket orders placed June 1-July 30 are expected to ship the end of October. These jackets are finished and are awaiting shipment from Portugal. This will take about 2 weeks from port to port - this can vary depending on customs times.

Any jacket orders placed August 1-October 15 are expected to ship in January.

*We do not cancel made to order purchases as we are making these pieces specifically for your order and the terms were posted clearly at time of purchase. You can choose to return the item based on our return policy once you receive the item.

You will get another email with tracking info when your order ships out. If you did not select multiple shipments shipping at checkout we will ship everything together when it is all ready. We are a small team, so if you can hold off in sending an email for specific dates. Most of the timing depends on customs which can be very unpredictable especially right now with new tariffs. The paperwork and processing time is taking a lot longer than usual.
