Order Updates

Any jacket orders placed August 1 - November 30 are expected to ship around the end of January. Right now it is looking like there may be a few week delay.

Any made to order sweater purchased from October 15-November 15 are expected to ship in January. Right now it is looking like there will be a few week delay and will ship in February.

Any made to order placed December 12/22-12/31 are expected to ship in April.

*We do not cancel made to order purchases as we are making these pieces specifically for your order and the terms were posted clearly at time of purchase. You can choose to return the item based on our return policy once you receive the item.

You will get another email with tracking info when your order ships out. If you did not select multiple shipments shipping at checkout we will ship everything together when it is all ready. We are a small team, so if you can hold off in sending an email for specific dates. Most of the timing depends on customs which can be very unpredictable especially right now with new tariffs. The paperwork and processing time is taking a lot longer than usual.
