Order Updates

Any made to order placed December 12/22-2/2 are expected to ship in April. The shipments from India and Nepal (sweaters and handwoven cotton sets) have both shipped as of 4/23, so we expect them in the next couple of weeks. This can vary due to customs times. The shipment from Cambodia will ship in the next week and we will receive it at our studio the first of May. You will get another email with tracking info once it ships out to you from our studio.

Any made to order placed 2/3-2/30 is expected to ship in May.

Any order placed in March will have a date in the description of when this is expected to arrive if you have not received a shipping notification within 2 weeks.

*We do not cancel made to order purchases as we are making these pieces specifically for your order and the terms were posted clearly at time of purchase. You can choose to return the item based on our return policy once you receive the item.

You will get another email with tracking info when your order ships out. If you did not select multiple shipments shipping at checkout we will ship everything together when it is all ready. We are a small team, so if you can hold off in sending an email for specific dates. Most of the timing depends on customs which can be very unpredictable especially right now with new tariffs. The paperwork and processing time is taking a lot longer than usual.
