Order Updates

Any jacket order before December 2025 is scheduled to arrive at our studio in Nashville 3/9. You will get another email with tracking info for your order 3/10 and it will be shipped out in the next few days after.

Any made to order sweater purchased before November 15 have arrived at our studio. You will get another email with tracking number info in the next couple of days. If you have  not received a shipping notification by 3/11, we have a few sweaters that were not complete and are being shipped the end of March. They will ship to you in a few weeks.

Any made to order placed December 12/22-2/2 are expected to ship in April.

*We do not cancel made to order purchases as we are making these pieces specifically for your order and the terms were posted clearly at time of purchase. You can choose to return the item based on our return policy once you receive the item.

You will get another email with tracking info when your order ships out. If you did not select multiple shipments shipping at checkout we will ship everything together when it is all ready. We are a small team, so if you can hold off in sending an email for specific dates. Most of the timing depends on customs which can be very unpredictable especially right now with new tariffs. The paperwork and processing time is taking a lot longer than usual.
