Order Updates

Most made to order placed December 12/22-2/2 have shipped to you from our studio. We had a few delays on handwoven cotton pants and sweaters. 

Nepal Sweaters: Most of our sweaters were delivered to our studio, but we are still waiting for some mohair, cotton and newer styles that take longer to knit. They should ship to you in June.

Handwoven Cotton from India: We had a huge problem with the pants for our sets being made in a shorter version. We are doing everything to correct this asap. We have had 2 shipments of these pants ship as of 5/18 and should arrive to our studio this week. Some of the fabrics they had to weave again which will take longer, but we will not know which ones until the shipment arrives this week

Any made to order placed 2/3-2/30 is expected to ship the end of May to beginning of June.

Any jacket orders are in production now and are expected to be finished in June. The fabric is finished, we are just waiting for the sewing to be finished. 

Any order placed in March will have a date in the description of when this is expected to arrive if you have not received a shipping notification within 2 weeks.

*We do not cancel made to order purchases as we are making these pieces specifically for your order and the terms were posted clearly at time of purchase. You can choose to return the item based on our return policy once you receive the item.

You will get another email with tracking info when your order ships out. If you did not select multiple shipments shipping at checkout we will ship everything together when it is all ready. We are a small team, so if you can hold off in sending an email for specific dates. Most of the timing depends on customs which can be very unpredictable especially right now with new tariffs. The paperwork and processing time is taking a lot longer than usual.
