Order Updates

Delayed made to order sweaters from December/January have shipped from Nepal and passed customs as of 6/22! We are expecting them to arrive at our studio the 24th or 25th and will get your order out to you hopefully by the 26th. Thank you so much for  your patience on these sweaters!!

Any jacket orders winter 25/26 are finished and are shipping the week of 6/22. We are expecting them to arrive around the end of June. 

Any made to order placed in May 2026 are expected to ship sometime in October.

*We do not cancel made to order purchases as we are making these pieces specifically for your order and the terms were posted clearly at time of purchase. You can choose to return the item based on our return policy once you receive the item.

You will get another email with tracking info when your order ships out. If you did not select multiple shipments shipping at checkout we will ship everything together when it is all ready. We are a small team, so if you can hold off in sending an email for specific dates. Most of the timing depends on customs which can be very unpredictable especially right now with new tariffs. The paperwork and processing time is taking a lot longer than usual.
