Order Updates

Any jacket orders placed March 1-July 30 are expected to ship the middle of December. We have fixed the wire issue and the jackets are on their way - they should arrive around the middle of December.

Any made to order sweater or sets purchased from August 1-October 15 are expected to ship around the first to middle of December. We had another wire delay because there is a new international wire system and our wires are being delayed. The sweaters shipped as of 12/1 and should arrive in the next couple of weeks. 

Any jacket orders placed August 1-October 15 are expected to ship in January.

Any made to order sweater purchased from October 15-November 15 are expected to ship in January. 

Any jacket orders placed October15-November 30 are expected to ship in February.

*We do not cancel made to order purchases as we are making these pieces specifically for your order and the terms were posted clearly at time of purchase. You can choose to return the item based on our return policy once you receive the item.

You will get another email with tracking info when your order ships out. If you did not select multiple shipments shipping at checkout we will ship everything together when it is all ready. We are a small team, so if you can hold off in sending an email for specific dates. Most of the timing depends on customs which can be very unpredictable especially right now with new tariffs. The paperwork and processing time is taking a lot longer than usual.
