E-Commerce and Customer Service Coordinator

Liz Alig is looking for an e-commerce and customer service coordinator. Duties will include managing our product catalog online, shipping and maintaining inventory, and ensuring a positive customer experience.    

Responsibilities

  • Write product descriptions. Must have a knowledge of clothing and sewing techniques to describe accurately.
  • Maintain accuracy of online data and inventory.
  • Create a schedule of pre-orders.
  • Ship out orders quickly and accurately.
  • Receive and QC all incoming merchandise for size and quality.
  • Costing analysis of all products.
  • Create social media calendar that is up to date with trends and social impact while producing on-brand, strategic marketing.
  • Coordinate with influencers to create content for socials and product pages.
  • Maintain good customer service by facilitating returns and replying to customer service questions.

Successful candidates will have:

  • Must be incredibly organized! This is not a creative job, it requires a lot of organizational skills.
  • Collaborative approach with ability to take feedback and adapt to changes.
  • Attention to detail and very good writing skills.
  • Sewing and textile knowledge and skills for quality control and product descriptions.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills. Can be kind to unhappy customers.
  • Must be able to work from studio in Nashville, TN at least twice a week, childcare is not provided.

Compensation

  • Compensation upon request. Hours are flexible and can be a part-time or full-time position.
