Order Updates

Delayed made to order sweaters from December/January have shipped from Nepal and should arrive around the middle of June.

Delayed handwoven cotton pieces have shipped from India and should arrive the middle of June. A few sizes we have had to re-make because of errors in production and we are rushing them. They are expected to arrive by the end of June.

Thank you so much for your patience on these orders, we unfortunately have had a lot of delays on these shipments, but they should all go out by the end of June.

Any jacket orders are in production now and are expected to be finished the middle of June. They usually take two weeks to arrive once they have shipped from Portugal.

Any made to order placed in May 2026 are expected to ship sometime in October.

*We do not cancel made to order purchases as we are making these pieces specifically for your order and the terms were posted clearly at time of purchase. You can choose to return the item based on our return policy once you receive the item.

You will get another email with tracking info when your order ships out. If you did not select multiple shipments shipping at checkout we will ship everything together when it is all ready. We are a small team, so if you can hold off in sending an email for specific dates. Most of the timing depends on customs which can be very unpredictable especially right now with new tariffs. The paperwork and processing time is taking a lot longer than usual.
